Stress Awareness Day- First Wednesday of November

Stress affects us all. The stress of the workplace, the stress of not having a job, the economic stress, the stress in the family, it all causes our body systems to produce chemicals and hormones in response that if we do not release them, they can cause us significant physical and psychological damage.
Stress can be a real killer, both in the workplace and in our daily lives. In human biology, stress serves the purpose of survival - it is what makes us notice danger and decide whether to fight or run away, but modern life has led to an excess of reasons to feel stress that haunts us every day.

Mental stress causes the development of depression and anxiety, but it also has physical effects on the body. It can cause digestive problems, blood pressure, muscle aches, back pain, chest tightness, sleep disorders, sexual dysfunction, heart disease, migraines. Muscle cramps, hypersensitivity of the skin, diabetes, ulcers, damage to the immune system and more. There are studies that suggest that mental stress can lead to the development of cancer.
Stress Awareness Day is designed to raise awareness of the daily stress and promote the fight against depression and the anxiety it causes. It is designed to help individuals and organizations change behaviors and lifestyles that can lead to excessive stress.
The Stress Awareness Day was established by the International Association for Stress Management (ISMA) to help provide information on stress and strategies on how to address and address it for both companies and individuals.

When will the mental stress awareness day come out in the coming years?
