World Kindness day- November 13

World Kindness day is a day declared by the World kindness movement in 1998, on November 13.
The rule for kindness- found written on the wall in Mother Teresa's home for children in Calcutta:
People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway. If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway. What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway. Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway. In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.
World Kindness day observed the first time in Canada, Japan, Australia, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. In 2009 joined Singapore, Italy and India, in 2010 Great Britain and in 2012 the US.
The goal of this day is to raise awareness of the importance of good deeds, the contribution to the society and community, consideration toward others and kindness in General.
Kindness is a language the deaf can hear and the blind can see- Mark Twain

How to celebrate World Kindness day?
Just be kind to every kind. Be kind to humans, to animals, to nature. Help people in all ages and colors and genders with smile. When you are kind to others, they pass on your kindness and it is a circle that will come back to you.

Good Deeds Day- April

Good Deeds Day is held on one of the first Sundays in April each year.
Good Deeds Day is a day founded in Israel about 15 years ago, and now is a global day that unites more than 100 countries in action for others and the environment.
From a survey conducted over the years, it turns out that volunteering in Good Deeds Day projects made the people who participated feel good and continue to participate in the years to come. More than 50% of the projects that culminate in Good Deeds Day continue even after this day. So you could say this day is only doing good.
Good Deeds Day is run by the Ruach Tova (NGO), which belongs to the Arison Group, of businesswoman and philanthropist Shary Arison.

What can you do on Good Deeds Day?
On the Good Deeds Day website you will find a project to volunteer for. There are so many options in so many places!
